Sign the artist agreement

Signing the artist agreement is one of the checks that make your studio ready. You read the terms and sign inside Gallory, and your signed copy stays available to download.

Your handle becomes your address, like gallory.net/@yourhandle, so pick one you are happy to share. A checklist guides you through the basics, and you can list or unlist your studio whenever you like.

Upload your artwork

Gallory checks the format and size before upload and warns you when an image is too small to print well. Vector artists can upload a PDF as the print master, which stays private.

Gather work into collections

A collection has a name and a set of artworks. It stays hidden until you publish it, so you decide exactly when collectors see it.

Offer prints, printed for you

Attach print editions to an artwork by choosing the size, material (paper or canvas), frame and border, with a live preview. You get a suggested starting price, and every order runs through an automatic print pipeline.

Finalize to issue a Gallory Pass

Finalizing is your go-live moment. Each finalized artwork gets a Gallory Pass with a QR code anyone can scan to confirm it is genuine, and every sale is numbered within the edition, for example No. 3 of 10.

Share to Instagram in one tap

Gallory renders a ready-made image for Instagram Stories (9:16) and feed posts (4:5) with your work and your web address. On mobile, send it straight to Instagram from the share sheet; on desktop, download it and copy the caption.

Present work in an art room

An art room presents your chosen artworks full-bleed on a dark background, as a single piece or a timed carousel. Build one by hand or from a collection, publish it, and share its short link.

See who is looking

Your dashboard shows aggregated traffic to your studio over time, and which collections and art rooms attract the most attention. Figures are approximate.

Collectors check out directly with your studio. Printing and shipping run automatically, each order moves from paid to shipped to delivered, and the collector receives a certificate of authenticity for their purchase.
